Job Match Patterns can be developed by Position, Department, Manager, and Geography.   Implementation The Profile™ is directly accessible via the Internet. - The assessment takes the individual about 50 to 70 minutes to complete. - All reports are available immediately upon completing the assessment.   Reports The Profile™ produces seven types of Reports: -Individual Report - A guide for self-understanding with graphic scale and written description. -Placement Report (for Hiring) - Selecting the right people through Job Match.
