What is eSOURCES Outsourcing? (Administrative Services Only)
Under the ASO arrangement, eSOURCES becomes a true business partner with the client, by outsourcing all or part of their Human Resources needs. Services vary based upon the needs of the client and range from hiring or processing payroll to providing all of the Human Resources services for the business.
 
eSOURCES can work with any existing benefit provider or third party administrator to coordinate administration of benefit plans. eSOURCES helps businesses evaluate the cost and effectiveness of various benefit programs and provides guidance in plan changes to meet their needs and objectives.
